I was choking down the bland chicken and broccoli…
But I was “fluffy” and looked like I hardly even worked out. Big, round, and built like a square.
Women treated me like I was invisible.
And honestly, it stung to see guys with impressive physiques who put in half the work.
They had a masculine power when they walked in the room - and I saw the way that women smiled at them. I was tired of being in the shadows.
I wanted to take control of my life. To feel like a lion. To stand out in a crowd.
But no matter how hard I worked, that wasn’t me.
I realized something needed to change.
Following the modern fitness advice had me “trapped” in an average physique.
So I spent years digging into the research.
I started training in unconventional ways - “ancient” ways of the Greeks and Spartans used to build statue-like physiques. No more “hulking muscle building” like it’s the 80’s.
My methods were raw… and effective.
But that was just the start.
My results were sent into overdrive once I made a drastic change to my nutrition.
In my research, I came across a highly controversial diet from an elite athlete from the 1990s.
He won bodybuilding contests - while taunting his competitors by stuffing his face with peanut butter and cupcakes.
