After working out this morning I weighed and the scales were indicating 203 lbs. I haven't seen this since high school in 1977. I had to check 3 time!

This program has been such a great ride for me. I couldn't be happier about the results and how invigorated I feel every day. It has been something I look forward to each day of the week! Seeing the results on the page every workout and then looking forward to the next one. I dance into the gym every day!!

So since the beginning we have accomplished: 30 lbs drop in weight, jean size went from a 46 down to a 38!!, moving better, feeling better, looking younger, and feeling younger!! THIS. PROGRAM. WORKS!!

This is all your fault I have spent the last 2 days going through my closet putting out the clothes that are all way too big now. I was just thinking when we started this transformation I was in a 42 pants and now I'm in a 36. That's a pretty big deal and they are loose, so probably a 34 is in my future. Thanks again for giving me my life back.

Your coaching works....exceedingly well. I am thankful to the point of finding out just how deep this rabbit hole goes. I was a size 36 when we started this journey, and 32 fits a bit loose!

You have been maybe the most important decision in my health journey! That today was 100% honesty. My life's trajectory has been permanently altered!!

I remember when I first bought my size 34" waist shorts. They were tight around the waist, and now they are loose in the front and in the back!

I lost a good chunk of my belly, but the crazy thing is, I lost body size! My shirts, my pants, my ring, and believe it or not, my shoes! Most importantly, I have lived with heart burn for many years, it's GONE! I have more energy than I've had in years, my blood pressure is back to normal, my cholesterol is back to normal and my sleep is back to normal. I take the stairs instead of the elevators and I feel normal. I have made the pact and challenged myself to mirror what you thought me and make it to my goal, but also make it part of my life!

I'm really seeing the abs start to pop like all the time now. Feeling way better about it. Kind of feels like FINALLY!... and my shoulders are def building nicely. I did another run and was adding sprints. My son was asking me how I found the energy at the end of the run to speed up so much. I left him in the dust; he was on his bike. But, def noticed an improvement in endurance when I play hockey.
