3M One-on-One Coaching Cancellation Policy
Cancel-Anytime-Policy: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so within 1 business day before your billing date.
We appreciate 48 hours notice to stop payment and will always work with our clients/customers and can be reached DIRECT at anytime via [email protected] (client-only-email). You can also notify your coach, who will send you the Cancellation Form.
If you choose to pay in full with a discounted price, cancellations do not permit refunds as this is a service-based business and has limited spots. We assume all fees of your program use, coaching payments, pre-paid plan use up front upon signup. As paid-full-members are heavily discounted we cannot offer payment reimbursement but of course will be more than happy to extend or alter your fitness protocols to your needs, as well as pause your program at anytime upon your request, should
3M One-on-One Coaching does not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final as coaches are compensated upon client onboard. All content, programs, meals plans, custom detailed specification delivered by your coach and all materials that are emailed to you are yours to keep forever.
*RE Fitness always adjusts with client needs. We will pause/freeze membership at anytime upon request. Simply let your coach know.

Switching Coaches
For any reason if you'd like to switch coaches we will be happy to accommodate you.

We will however work with you to pause the coaching and restart as per your timeline and needs.

Because each plan is custom-made and because our coaches are compensated when clients come on, we have no refund policy for 3M One-on-One Coaching, which is made clear in our policies upfront. We are however more than happy to adjust or alter your fitness plan and coaching timelines as needed.
